Statement from the Registrar

The office of the KIHBT Academic Registrar’s most sacrosanct role is to safeguard the students’ record integrity as it touches the trainees at every phase of their academic journey from applicant to alumni. Responsibilities And Function All duties are assigned by the Director and are summarized as follows.

1)    Overseeing the trainee admissions and graduation process.
2)    Administering trainee records at the Institutes registry.
3)    Overseeing the capturing of trainee records into the Online Students Management system.
4)    Ensuring trainee records are updated with new data when available.
5)    Compiling progress and annual reports on trainee enrolment.
6)    Preparing training projections before the start of every new term.
7)    Preparing the Annual Work plan for the Institute at the beginning of each year.
8)    Preparing procurement plans for the section annually.
9)    Attending Academic board meetings as the Secretariat.
10)    Preparing and ensuring that class registers are circulated to Academic Heads of Departments
11)    Maintaining an inventory of all furniture and other facilities used for training.
